Ben has done a fantastic job helping to restore a Grade 2 wood framed building that was on the "at risk" register for decades. He has repaired and replaced structural timbers, built bespoke doors and windows from scratch, constructed and fitted a really impressive kitchen plus building and installing a missing staircase which the heritage officer said was just the right one in keeping with the age and style of the property.
